Position: Administrative Assistant, International Sales

Responsibilities: It is my job to assist the International Sales Manager in any way that he may require, therefore, I handle many aspects of International Sales. Some of my job requirements include: price quoting , establishing and maintaining email contact with prospects and customers, sending out samples and information packets and following up with them afterward. I also update and maintain our eblast lists.
What you love about your job? I love being able to help where I’m needed around the office. Each day is an adventure as I never know exactly what I will be doing. I have learned so much in the past 2 years and I look forward to gaining even more knowledge in the years to come.
What drew you to acpo originally? I was drawn to acpo by a referral from a friend. She recommended that I apply for the position and I am so happy that I did.
What you do for fun? I love to thrift shop to feed my clothing addiction and go junkin’ for home décor. I also love to spend time with my children and granddaughters.
What is your personal philosophy? I believe that you should treat people the way you want to be treated. I try to greet people with a smile as it might be the only kindness they receive that day.
